AJY-35 concrete batching plant includes aggregate batching machine, feeding belt conveyor, silos, screw conveyors, weighing scales, transition hopper, additive feed system, twin shaft concrete mixer, control system, pneumatic system and water supply system.
AJY concrete batching plant is equipped with 2, 3 or 4 aggregate storage bins in accordance with clients’ demands. The twin shaft concrete mixer drums adopts 6-8mm Q345 high strength steel, which is wear-resisting and can produce around 30,000 cube concrete. And the twin shaft concrete mixer owns patented mixer shaft sealing technology and adopts Mn content cast iron, thus the concrete mixer performs no leakage. The full automatic control system allows operator to operate easily. What’s more, the concrete batching plant adopts separate weighing system, including the aggregates, cement and liquid.
