The AJ-90 concrete batching plant includes such five main systems as mixing system, PLC control system, batching system, weighing system and conveyor system. The AJ-90 concrete batching plant adopts PLD2400 batching machine and PLC control system, and uses the weighing method of separate measurement. What’s more, the conveyor system includes the conveyor of aggregates, powder and liquid, and they are respectively conveyed by belt conveyor, screw conveyor and pump.
JS-1500 Twin Shaft Concrete Mixer:
1. High quality. JS-1500 twin shaft concrete mixer uses the spare parts of Siemens;
2.Wear-resisting. And the concrete mixer drums adopts 6-8mm Q345 high strength steel;
3. Long service time. The JS-1500 twin shaft concrete mixer can produce around 30,000 cube concrete;
